TigerAirways having this crazy promotion, round trip from Sg to Bkk costs Sgd 125. I’m looking at 27 Apr 09 to 2 May 09. Or around these dates.

I did comparisons from TigerAir, AirAsia & Jetstar, both round and one way trips and tigerair offers the best price.

And I always wanted to go to this quaint little hotel called Reflections, and their price per night is 2250 baht ( 96 sgd ) with a twin bed and included breakfast.

So if anyone of you wants to go with me, air tickets + accomodation costs 125+ (48 x 6) = 125 + 288 = 413. Actually the hotel states there’s 20% for a stay of 4 nights and more, so if it still holds till Apr/May, accomodation will be at a cheaper cost of SGD 230.40 instead of the 288.

I think the entire trip wont cost more than SGD800 unless you really plan to shop like mad.

Sigh i’ve always wanted to just take off and go there by myself but till now i dont have the guts to. i blame it on my lack of height because if i am tall then i can be fierce and ppl will be scared. if you’re short and you’re fierce ppl’ll treat you like a piece of joke wtf.

Anyways I show you the hotel! Its rooms are themed so the rooms all look different, and there are a total of 35 rooms. I included some pictures here, but you guys should really check the site out cos the rooms are so coooool.

I googled, and so far this hotel doesnt have any bad reviews. but then again the reviews are not many to start with.

however i found this blog and the girl did a superb review. Go here.

And she also did a review on the famous Chatuchak market where earrings go for Sgd 0.45, tops/dresses go for Sgd 4.50 and flipflops for Sgd 2 etc etc and you can bargain!
